PSYCHOTHERAPY SERVICES

REAL WORK. NO shortcuts.

This is not a practice built around quick fixes or surface-level relief. The work offered here is direct, substantive and built for people who are ready to go somewhere, not just cope with where they are.

BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO keep everyone else afloat.

Every service offered here is grounded in the same core understanding: the people who work in service-oriented professions are not generic therapy clients. You carry occupational trauma, a professional identity and a particular kind of exhaustion that most clinicians have not been trained to address.

This practice has. And it is the starting point for everything we do together.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

WHAT IS OFFERED

One-on-one sessions conducted via secure telehealth. This is the core of the work. A consistent, private space to address what you are actually carrying, not what a checklist says you should be feeling.

Sessions are collaborative and direct. Expect transparent communication, without the use of euphemisms. You will be met where you are and asked to go further.

This is what this work requires . And it is what it delivers.

trauma-focused

For clients whose primary presenting concern is trauma; occupational, relational or otherwise. This work is grounded in an understanding of how trauma lives in the body and the nervous system, not just the narrative.

We do not simply talk about what happened. We work with how it is still happening, in your responses, your body, your relationships and your capacity to be present in your own life.

Healing is not re-telling the story. It is no longer being controlled by it.

Approach

Somatic-informed, Trauma-focused

BEST FOR

PTSD, C-PTSD, Vicarious Trauma, Acute trauma responses

Modalities

EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, MINDFULNESS

BURNOUT & MORAL

INJURY

For providers, healthcare workers and first responders who have reached, or are approaching, a point of profound depletion. Burnout is not a personal failing. It is a structural wound that requires a specific kind of repair.

Moral injury work goes a layer deeper, addressing the rupture that occurs when a system forces you to act against your own values or prevents you from doing what you know needs to be done.

That rupture does not resolve on its own. It needs to be named, held and worked through.

Specialization

Occupational burnout, moral injury, compassion fatigue

BEST FOR

Service Professionals, Healthcare Workers, First Responders

The work addresses

Chronic Depletion, value rupture, institutional betrayal, re-entry into meaning

provider-as-client

A dedicated track for service providers who are ready to be the client, not the provider. This is one of the most specific kinds of work this practice offers and one of the most necessary.

You will not need to translate your experience, justify your struggles or worry about being analyzed. The dynamic of being a service provider who seeks help, the discomfort, the professional identity, the particular resistance is already understood here.

You do not have to explain yourself. You get to just show up.

What this is not

This is therapy, not supervision or consultation

What you won't need to do

Explain your field or justify your struggles

The resistance is expected

Being the client is uncomfortable when you are trained to be the provider
