Succor Psychotherapy LMHC, PLLC is a private solo telehealth psychotherapy practice. The clinician is licensed in the State of New York and the State of Connecticut. All clinical services are provided exclusively via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

The licensed clinician operating this practice is a mental health professional holding valid state licensure in New York (License # 009806) and Connecticut (License # 007945). All services are provided within the scope of that licensure and in accordance with applicable professional ethical codes.

3. Use of This Website

5. Crisis & Emergency Services

Succor Psychotherapy LMHC, PLLC does not provide emergency services or after-hours clinical support. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.

This practice is not equipped to respond to mental health emergencies through the website, email or contact forms. In the event of an emergency, please:

6.1 Published Fees

Fees for services are published on this website and are subject to change. The current standard session rate is $280 per 53 minute session. Fee information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding fee agreement. Fees are confirmed during the free consultation and formalized in the client’s Informed Consent.

6.2 No Insurance Billing

Succor Psychotherapy LMHC, PLLC does not bill insurance directly. The practice is out-of-network. Superbills are provided upon request for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance carrier. The practice makes no representations about whether a client’s insurance plan will reimburse any portion of session fees.

6.3 No Guarantee of Therapeutic Outcome

Mental health treatment involves inherent uncertainty. Engaging with Succor Psychotherapy LMHC, PLLC does not guarantee any specific therapeutic outcome, symptom improvement or resolution of presenting concerns. The clinician will provide services with professional skill and ethical care, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed and depend on many factors, including the client’s own engagement, circumstances and presenting concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, copy, design, layout, graphics and the Succor Psychotherapy name and brand, is the property of Succor Psychotherapy LMHC, PLLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
